Terms of Service

1. Who we are
FantasyIQ is operated by André Mota and Liam Hudson, trading as FantasyIQ. FantasyIQ is not currently incorporated as a company; the service is provided by us as individuals. You can contact us at any time at support@iqfantasy.com, and we aim to respond within a few business days. If the service is later transferred to a registered company, we will notify users before the change takes effect.
2. What FantasyIQ is
FantasyIQ is an analytics and decision-support tool for fantasy football managers. We connect to your fantasy platforms, import roster and league data, and provide projections, matchup grades, roster health scoring, trade analysis, and related insights.
FantasyIQ does not guarantee results. All projections, grades, scores, and recommendations are statistical estimates based on available data and models. They are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own lineup, trade, waiver, and draft decisions. We make no representation that using FantasyIQ will improve your fantasy performance or produce any particular outcome.
FantasyIQ is not a gambling service. We do not accept wagers, operate contests, or facilitate betting. If you use our information in connection with any contest or wager, you do so entirely at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@iqfantasy.com of any unauthorized use. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
5. Connecting third-party fantasy platforms
FantasyIQ connects to third-party platforms including Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, NFL.com, and Fantasy Premier League. Depending on the platform, connection may require a username, an OAuth authorization, a league ID, or session credentials that you provide.
You confirm you are authorized to access any league you connect. We access these platforms read-only to import your data; we do not make transactions, set lineups, or modify your teams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or changes. If a platform restricts access, dependent features may stop working.
6. Plans, billing and payment
FantasyIQ offers a Free plan and a Paid plan. Free includes limited features (one connected Sleeper league, basic weekly team health grade, roster overview with projections, and a limited number of start/sit decisions and waiver targets per week). Paid unlocks all features.
Paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in USD.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand. We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use the paid service immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Where the right still applies, contact support@iqfantasy.com.
We may offer discretionary refunds where a service failure prevented you from using what you paid for. Contact support@iqfantasy.com.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retain your access for a short grace period while retrying. If payment is not recovered, your account reverts to Free. Your data is not deleted.
9. Promotional codes
Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in quantity or time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or invalidated at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect abuse.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or outputs; attempt to reverse-engineer our models; access accounts or leagues you are not authorized to access; circumvent plan limits or paywalls; use automated systems beyond normal use; or use FantasyIQ unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Intellectual property
FantasyIQ, its branding, software, models, scores, and generated outputs are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal fantasy management. Player names, team names, and league marks belong to their respective owners; we use them descriptively and claim no affiliation.
12. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality. Third-party platform outages may affect syncing and data freshness.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FantasyIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost fantasy winnings, entry fees, league placement, or wagers. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On deletion, we remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, retaining payment records where legally required.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where we are based. Disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
